Missing veteran Trevor Nichols

Many of you may not know this but I run almost daily and have for years and until recently I did not listen to my phone at all. No music. No podcasts. No audio books. BUT that has changed I now listen Crime Junkie, Unfound, and a few other podcasts and I love them. They make the miles fly by.

This week on Unfound, Ed Dentzel, covered the case of missing veteran Trevor Nichols, and did he covered it quite well. I thought I would blog about it as it is fresh on my mind.

Please google Unfound podcast and look for Trevor Nichols. It is a must listen.

A few things I noticed and wanted to mention that may be of help to the family. It appears he may have boarded a train to Cleveland however it was mentioned his photo ID's were left behind but Ed brought up a great point that maybe he used an old, expired license so that made me think....what if he used his passport? Military members must have passports even when they go to war (I am a veteran myself). Just a possibility that he used that to board the train. Another thing that was mentioned, and rightfully so, is the silence felt from his "friend" Gabe suddenly after a brief time and this may be explained away due to the military telling him to keep quiet or something more sinister. Anyway, those are my thoughts. Give Ed and Unfound a follow and enjoy the captivating podcast that is Unfound.

If you have suggestion for blog posts, please message me. Thanks.

Lindsey Ray Baker, Jr.-Missing

This case is an interesting one for sure. It occurred 30 years ago on 1 June 1989. Thirty years of no answers for his family and only speculation to go on.

Lindsey Ray Baker, Jr., also known as Jr. or Booter, went to a party with a friend and was supposedly dropped off in the Bethlehem area of NC by this friend however the friend cannot recall exactly where he dropped off Lindsey. The search has grown cold and no leads have been forthcoming which has lead to the case growing colder by the year. Lindsey was 5' 6" and 150 lbs at the time of his disappearance and was 17 years old. He was born 9/21/71 and would be 48 years old today. He has a birth mark in middle of his back, a mole on his left cheek, and a mole between his eyebrows. He is known to go by the following nicknames: Jr. and Booter.

His family needs answers.

Below you will find links to his age progression photos as well as his missing person poster along with an article from the 20th anniversary of his going missing by the local sheriff's office.

Christopher Aquilar-missing

Christopher Aquilar (alias Aguilar) has been missing since 9/17/18. He was 15 at the time and is 16 now. He was born 3/26/03. He is a Hispanic male. 5' 10" and 150 lbs at the time of his disappearance. He is missing from Black Mountain, NC.

Not a lot of details can be found in this case as well. This makes me think that maybe due to a language barrier issue that many facts are not being given to the LEO (Law Enforcement Officer) working the cases I have provided so far. Also, sometimes teens can secret lives we know nothing about that includes acquaintances that we do not know.

Please check out the link below for his missing person's poster.

Amelia Jose Antonio-Missing

Amelia Jose Antonio

Missing from Godwin, NC since June 4, 2009. She is considered an endangered missing runaway and was 16 at the time of her disappearance. She was known to run away as she had just returned to NC after running away to Florida. She was 5' 1" and 100 lbs at the time of her disappearance. She is a Hispanic female with black hair and brown eyes.

I believe she may have ran away and chose to stay away for good however unless more information is provided I cannot say with certainty that this occurred. If her family, or friends, would like to speak with me in regards to her missing person case, please reach out via this page.

Norma Aguilar-Missing

The first case I am profiling is Norma Aguilar.

I have searched and searched but I cannot find a great deal of information on this young lady. I looked for FB groups set up to help promote her poster or to help her family with clues however I found none. What little information on the poster provided below is that she is 4'9" and 120 lbs. She is very petite. She was 17 at the time of her disappearance and would be 19 now. She was born April 8, 2000 and went missing on September 29, 2017. Her ears are pierced. She went missing from Winston-Salem, NC. This is not a lot of information provided to go on and I do not want to speculate and hurt the family as they are already grieving. I would love if her family saw my blog and contacted me so I could ask them more details as I have theories and would love to help them further if I could.

I would like to know if she spoke English as a second language, had relatives in the area, where she went missing from, who was her last contact, what did she take with her, what was her social life like, etc. These are all factors that can help to figure out what happened to her and who may be responsible for her absence. She could just be a run away. She could have met with foul play. With very little information I am left stumped and unable to help further besides sharing here and on FB.
Please open the link below, look at it and think, and then share, share, share.

Exciting news! :) Please share!

So I have neglected something I am extremely passionate about for years. No more. Starting 1 June I will be posting weekly, or more, missing person cases here in NC and then moving on to other states as I continue to help with something close to my heart.

I will be sharing a missing persons case each week with links to articles about their cases, posters, bios, etc as I am able to delve into our missing nation. There are missing people out there that YOU may have seen in your daily commute, buying coffee, etc. Keep your eyes and ears open. You could help find a missing person!

Please share cases you are interested in me covering and I will include them as bonus material as I am able.

Thanks for checking out my blog. I hope you find it interesting, informative, and enjoyable. :)
